What to expect at the door
Pull in and park — there is room for your truck, so no circling the block or leaving it somewhere risky. Come to Suite 408 and check in at the front desk. Have your photo ID and glasses or contacts ready, plus any paperwork for a managed condition.
Most drivers are seen quickly and finish the whole visit in about 30 minutes. When you pass, we report your result to the FMCSA registry the same day and you leave with your Medical Examiner’s Certificate in hand.

Our clinic sits right on the North Loop 610 in northwest Houston, one of the most connected spots in the city for a working driver. Coming from the west on I-10 or the northwest on US-290, you are only a few minutes off your usual route — no fighting downtown traffic and no tight residential streets that were never built for a rig.
The biggest headache at most clinics is parking, so we solved it: there is room on-site for your truck and trailer, and check-in is on the ground floor before you head up to Suite 408. Bring your photo ID, your glasses or contacts, and any paperwork for a managed condition, and you will be ready to go the moment you walk in.

You never need an appointment — walk-ins are welcome throughout the day and most drivers are seen right away. If you would rather lock in a specific time so there is zero wait, you can book online any time or call us and we will hold a slot that fits between your loads.
The entire exam is offered in English or Spanish by the same certified examiner, so nothing gets lost in translation. Come in, get certified, and get back on the road the same day — that is the whole point of doing it here.
